204. Don’t Dilute the Truth and FEAR NOT!

Isaiah 12:2-6 NLT See, God has come to save me. I will trust in Him and not be afraid. The LORD GOD is my strength and my song; He has given me victory.” (3) With joy you will drink deeply from the fountain of salvation! (4) In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the LORD! Praise His name! Tell the nations what He has done. Let them know how mighty He is! (5) Sing to the LORD, for He has done wonderful things. Make known His praise around the world. (6) Let all the people of Jerusalem shout His praise with joy! For great is the Holy One of Israel who lives among you.”

Our fearless confidence and faith in Him to stand with us and see us victoriously through any circumstance is reality. He came to save, rescue, and deliver you and me. We have been given the victory.

Fear seeps in when we allow that truth to become diluted by how we mentally process what we see, hear, and feel in the natural. No matter how real or urgent your circumstance is, it does not supersede the reality that He has already given you the victory through the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Cor 15:57). It is our FAITH in Him that enables us to live free from fear (1 John 5:4).

That doesn’t meant that if you are afraid, then you don’t believe in Jesus. No, you can believe in Jesus and live fear. It means that what you “know” or “believe” about your situation, outweighs your understanding and faith in God’s Word and the victory you have through Jesus.

Jesus’ love for you and His work at Calvary did more than just provide salvation from Hell. He has given us salvation from every attack by giving us victorious life in the here and now (John 10:10). In every situation you can trust in Him and FEAR NOT, for He has given you the victory. Don’t dilute that Truth and Fear Not!

Confession: God has given me the victory in every situation. I trust in Him and will not be afraid, because I walk in His victory today.
